How do I stream music to my Apple TV or connect the computer through home sharing on Apple TV?

I use to be able to do this with no problem, but after the update to the software on my Apple TV and my Mac Book to OS X Lion, the airplay button is no where to be found. Also I cannot access my computer through the Apple TV, help! Do I need to reset?
