I cant get imessage or icloud either. whenever i try to sign in, a message comes on screen that i should try my internet connection. Its so frustrating because my ipad hooks in no problem! The desk top and net book are both ok too. So surely if it were a problem with my connection, then everything else would have the same problem?! can anyone give me advise please, or step by step instructions?

U have to be connected to wifi, not just normal Internet. Are you??
