My last question nobody could answer so try again from a different tack.
I want to make video calls from either a laptop at work using a 3 mobile broadband dongle, or a Android mobile phone to my home where my wife has an
iMac.
On an 'Eat-As-Much-As-Can' data plan on '3' does it allow the Skype video calling application for Android mobiles for example as some UK networks like T-Mobile block VOIP calls and have caps on data speed at 380kbit/s and a Skype call is estimated to need 600 kbit/s. I have a 3g+ HDSPA signal.
Tethering is also barred from some UK networks such as T-Mobile, is this the case with '3'?
If using a '3' premium mobile broadband dongle with say 15gb per month, are you allowed to make Skype Video Calls using your laptop's Skype program.
Thanks for any help!!
