I have an iMac DV+, one of the older ones that came out in several different colors back in 2000/2001. The problem is that there's a misshaped CD in there that has been stuck in the drive for many years now. I've given up trying to get it out, but I cannot insert CDs or watch DVDs. I was wondering if there would be an appropriate external CD drive that I could get for it so it can resume at least some of its functions. Thanks!

Pay attention with this drive - it is very, very limited as regards the number of devices that you can connect it to (MacBook Air and mini server).
Best is to buy an non-Apple CD/DVD drive and just connect it via the USB, that should do it
