For a beginner, what Imac size should i buy for recording music at home?

recording guitar and other instruments in the future using protools
I have used macs before so please no PC crap.

Get a used Imac with 2gb ram and 500 gb hard drive +. If you are going to record music most likely it's going to be uncompressed which means each file size will be like 20mb or 30mb etc.. Make sure you get something that YOU would enjoy and you feel comfortable with. If you like Macs then that is perfectly fine. Best of luck and enjoy creating music

...why the hell would the screen size even matter? Audio recording doesn't exactly require really high resolutions.
