How to reinstall OSX Lion on new iMac?

I have the flash drive 8GB with boot tools on it. I just can't figure out how to do it.

You cannot boot to a flash drive and run the installer. Use the "Mac OS X Install DVD" that came with the computer.

just add it to the mac and click on them it will install automtically

There is a option to reinstall.. Use that one.
