Well I own the iMac (2010) 3.06 ghz Intel Core 2 Duo Vers Mac Os X 10.6.8, and I loose my wireless connection almost everyday. The airport bar says that it is still connected to the internet but I cant go to any web page when it happens. I tried restarting the airport but nothing happens. The only way I can fix this is by restarting my Mac... Is there any other way to fix this>>??? plz help

Turn Airport off on your iMac, connect to your router with an Ethernet cable, go into System Preferences/Network to ensure the Ethernet connection is enabled, and see whether the problem persists.

It may have nothing to do with your wireless connection or ISP. In any case, poking around in those Network settings may expose where the problem is.

this could be a problem with your internet provider or you mac i suggest you call the internet provider first

Mine does this also.. I usually just turn the airport off then back on ad it fixes it but not always! I'd like to know if there is a better solution as well.
