I'm playing World Of Warcraft on my iMac and I can't right click?

Command and click doesn't work and Control and click doesn't work.

I don't play on an i-mac but it sounds like a problem with your keybindings. You can find keybindings under interface. Check that and see what your right mouse button is bound to. You can also hit "T" button to target and "tab" to cycle through multiple targets.
