Should I get a Macintosh PC or normal Windows?

Hi Guys.
I really need your help on what to get either the 21.5 " iMac or a normal desktop PC that is Windows. If I go with PC I could get a lot more higher specs for a lower price than the mac although I do a lot of graphic design and video editing. I don't know whether windows would crash coping with Photoshop CS5 & my video rendering at the same time.
I really need your views on this.

Because Macs never crash...

Given this context there's no good reason to get Mac.

you would have to buy the mac version of Photoshop.... and possibly other software you already have. That's what's always kept me from even considering a Mac.... well, that and their extremely high prices for bogus specs.

Macbook Air 1.6 / Macbook Pro (15) 2.5 4gb ram / Mac Mini 1.5 core solo

normal dexktop pc will be best.
