Is this good for running GTA SA?

Im running a 27" iMac
2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor
4 GB of ram
Im on Mac OS X 10.7.2
I could upgrade to Lion if that would make a difference.

I can run most games very well (Tf2, minecraft, gmod) but those games arent extremely CPU intensive.

Two things:
1-Minecraft is VERY cpu intensive.
2- Here's where you can find out if you can run it:
