Trouble with restoring snow leopard in a time machine?

I did what I thought was a successful restore on my Imac thru my time machine. Afterwards it said that I need to restart my mac. I have done that but the same message keeps coming up. It popped out my install disk. I'm not sure what to do.

It sounds to me like you're missing something critical that didn't get put back right when you restored it, you can try and use the install disk to do a repair if I'm correct, haven't messed with Mac in a while.
