If i use boot camp and install windows 7 on my imac, can i get viruses?

I want to install windows 7 on my imac so i can play some of the games that aren't available to me otherwise, and im just worried about getting viruses.

Yes you can get Windows viruses when booted into Windows. They can't see or affect your Mac partition in any way, though. But it's not like Macs don't get viruses either.

on your bootcamp yes but not on your mac... they are like two different systems in one computer
