A qualified 'yes.' You can run any program on a Mac or PC remotely by way of a program like VNC.

As far as running Adobe Creative Suite programs directly, maybe soon. According to the article linked below, Adobe may be planning to come out with versions of Photoshop, etc., for IOS.

Nope. You can't install "Programs" on the iPad. Only "Apps". Just like an iPhone or iPod Touch
