How can I unlock my iPad?

How can I unlock my iPad?

Postby felix45 » Fri Mar 25, 2011 5:56 am

I set a passcode on my iPad and I forgot it.
I've read everything. I tried pressing the home button 10 times but that didn't work.
I tried turning it on and off.
And I tried restoring it but it won't let me. Anytime I try to restore it, it says, "The iPad "Georgia's iPad" could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (3194)."
Please help me, it was so expensive and I don't want to have to throw it out!

How can I unlock my iPad?

Method to Unlock your I pad or I phone:
When unlocking or jail breaking your Ipod or Ipad, it is
imperative that you save all your Data without using the
format method on your Ipad or Ipod. Open your
computer in the 'My Computer' folder. Change your
viewing options in the file to 'View all Hidden Files and
Folders'. Then go to the Ipod or Ipad_Control>>
device>> and find the folder that reads _unlcoked or
_locked. If you open this in word text editor or apple
text editor, you should find the 4 digit pass. Now your
device is unlocked. If that method doesn't work, there is
always the option to completely reset your device. Plug
your Ipod or Ipad and wait for it to open Itunes. Right
Click on left, right click for properties and select the
option to Restore your Ipod or Ipad.
