How do I connect my printer to wifi?

That's probably not going to happen, at least easily.

Printers need to receive the data in a format that they understand, and that usually requires specific drivers loaded onto computers in order to do that. However, HP has several printers that are made specifically to work with iPods & iPads.

Though you might have some other options. Check out the following links for some info that might work for you as one says you can also print using AirPrint to a non-wireless printer that is plugged into an Apple Airport Express via Ethernet.

Otherwise you'll have to get an AirPrint compatible printer:

You would need a compatible ePrint/AirPrint printer in order to do that. See this website:

Here is a list of compatible printers currently:

the printers can be connected to the computer in various ways. You are allowed to connect to the printers by the use of the printer cables, USB cables, Ethernet cables, and more recently, the wireless connections. Printers that are capable of connecting wirelessly are referred to as wireless printers. Printers are capable of being connected to the network via an Ethernet cable. However, more printers are being equipped with wireless capabilities. This allows the printer to directly connect to a wireless router without the need for any Ethernet cables or other wires. By this the wire clutter is reduced, and the printer doesn’t need to be near the computer.

The issues that can occur during the setup of Wi-Fi printer and the ways to setup a Wi-Fi printer are:

* Router issues
* Wi-Fi issue
* Wi-Fi printer set-up

If you can't figure it out from looking at the directions in the manual, no one here is going to be able to help you.

Bribe a knowledgeable friend to come over and set it up for you.
