Well I was watching the new Icarly and it showed this pear like ipad, and victorious also had this phone.
Is someone really selling these or are they just made up? I'd be surprised if they did sell. I prefer rectangular phones.

Nope, they're baaaaaad. The creator of iCarly and Victorious, Danwarp, created the "pear brand" phones and tablets to resemble apple products. For his newer episodes, the prop department got creative and designed the pear phone to be shaped like a pear.

It's their way of imitating Apple, but they are avoiding being sponsored by Apple or getting into copyright infringement.

Nick made that up. The Pear Phone and the Pear Laptop and all that stuff. It's copying Apple, but they can't actually say Apple with copyright laws and what not.

No. If you look, you can see a pair on the phone. (like the apple symbol.)
