My phone still tells me I have new Yahoo! Mail. The Yahoo! homepage still tells me I have new Yahoo! Mail.

When I click on my mail, it redirects me to the Yahoo! homepage. When I type in "mail.yahoo.com", it does the same thing.

I can't access it on my iPad either. It tells me that the link is broken.

I don't understand.

try refreshing the page.If that did not work go to system restore,do it to a earlier when it was working properly.You can also turn your computer completely off than back on again,You can also clear browser history and cookies,in internet options,when done restart your computer again. Good luck.

With full access to all other services throughout the internet and the problem appear on 2 separate devices like that, its most likely a problem other then the devices. You may have to wait out until yahoo gets it sorted out.

I am having the same problem so its a yahoo issue
