Why wont my iPad sync the music already on my computer?

Postby forster » Sat Feb 05, 2011 2:42 am

I just recieved my 16gb ipad in the mail, i went to iTunes.com and purchase the most recent version. I Transferred all of my music (Lil Wayne's new album and other stuff) to the iTunes library. It asks me "Would you like to format your music to AAC format since it's currently on WMA format to add this music to your iTunes library?" so i click yes. everything goes good up until i try to sync the music to my iPad... it says an error has occured every time i try.. Please could u tell me what's wrong and how to fix it. Thanks =)

You can try iPad to PC Transfer. It is a fast, easy-to-use, key feature:

1. Transfer music, movie, photo, ePub, pdf, audiobook, Podcast and TV Show from iPad to PC/iTunes/iPod/iPhone at high speed.
2. Add your favorite songs and videos to your iPad without overwriting the original files. Easier than iTunes.
3. Manage iPad/iPod/iPhone as portable hard disk

Well as you see when purchase music, or transferring the different files. They can disappear. Meaning they don't exist anymore. Depending where you got the songs, i tunes may not be to compatible with it. They may have just poof-ed away. I know it sounds painful but try buying songs from itunes or get your songs from somewhere else then immediately transfer it to ACC if you got it from somewhere else.
