How can I activate an iPhone 3G without Sim Card?

Please help.
I need something for this particular model. Some people have links for different iOS's and I am never able to do it.
I know it's running a 4. something but I don't know exactly which iOS.

I also have a 3GS with the same problem.
They both say in a blue box:
"No SIM card installed"

jailbreak them...they will be activated without a sim
