How much internet use is 4gb?

I'm thinking of switching from unlimited to 4gb for my iphone because I would like to have a personal hotspot. LIke what can you do with 4gb and is it worth 15 dollars more?

Internet use? I think you mean bandwidth.

4Gb is eaten up quickly by streaming audio/video, and purchase. If you're just casually surfing and sending e-mail it shouldn't be a problem. But if you want to send and receive larger files, forget it.

Not much at all. you will use up 4gb of data fast with the things on the web today.

4GB is slightly smaller than 1 dvd (DVD is 4.3GB).
