I purchase the app for my iphone and I want to start over and create a whole new city, how do I do this? I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but it keeps giving me the town that I had created the first time.

you cant. i emailed and asked the developer about the problem and they said they cannot control facebook when you log in it will retreive your last saved progress. i had the same problem because i have an iphone and ipad and they both reverted to the facebooks last saved game
