OK so I need to unlock this iPhone but I wanna make sure I can use it with Simple Mobile internet and MMS.

Hey - mobile internet and MMS should work fine; the only time a carrier can sometimes make a difference is if it's ATT&T and even that isn't really an issue with the latest build of the unlocking software.

There are different unlocks so if you have problems with the one you try just restore it and then use a different one if you want to try again. (The current one on Answernode.com is what I recommend, but like I said there are a lot of options.)
