Is ISO 5 available to purchase for iPhone ?

can i find it now on appstore or its not released yet ? and is it the same as iMessage ?

It's not released yet, but if you go to the Apple website, you can give them your email and they will send you a message when they release it. iMessage is part of IOS 5.
