I got the iPhone 4 for verizon the first day it came out. The earbuds that they gave me make the music skip and sound scratchy. There not working at all. I tried out another pair also, and it gave me the same problem. What should I do?

Bring the phone and the earbuds back for a warranty replacement.

Last year when I had my iPhone 3Gs the ear buds that came with it did not work. I never tried them because I had other ones. Well about 8 months after I purchased the device my old ear buds stopped working and when I tried the Apple ones that came with the phone they did not work. I just took it to my local Apple store and explained the problem and they exchanged mine for new ones.
