Will i get charged for wifi , no data, iphone, tmobile?

I dont have data plan, i am using iphone 4 unlocked for tmobile, my data roaming and cellular data is off, if i use wifi will i get charged for data plan? Sounds stupid since wifi should be for free.

If you're connected to your personal wifi, you won't be charged separately besides your regular internet bill.
