I accidentally chose developer on cydia. How do I change to user again?

I don't wanna restore and jailbreak my iPod Touch again.

No need to restore and re jailbreak!

You want to open Cydia, go to Manage at the bottom. Then select 'Settings' at the top of that page. That will allow you to change your settings.
