Bought new Ipod (Best buy)? Can i exchange for more memory?

Postby rye29 » Tue Apr 19, 2011 4:27 am

I just bought an 8GB model Apple Ipod touch 4G. But i'm down to spend an extra 70 on it for the 32 gig memory. Can i go back to the store and pay them the 70 return my old model and get the 32 gig??
Can i do that...sorry if it sounds like a dumb question. But its brand new just bought it yesterday

Yes i'm sure as long as you have your receipt they wouldn't care. You can probably get a mini- sd card for the one you have tho to add memory to it if you like instead of returning it.

Ehhh, Maybe, depends on its condition and if you include everything, best buy imposes a restocking fee on returned items so beware of that happening even thought its an exchange they may try to toss it at you.

Just complain enough and they will let you upgrade and pay the difference.
