If I dont want to use iTunes anymore can I use another website without losing my songs on my iPod?

My ipod has about 400 songs that ive purchase from itunes. But recently my computer uninstalled iTunes and I dont have enough hard drive space to re-install it so I was wondering if I could purchase more songs from another website without losing those songs?

Goto www.delandau.cI'm and search for your song...right click on the song and click insane target as..
