HELP! My iPod purchases aren't showing up on my iTunes, but they are in my purchase history! What do I do?

I recently got a new iPod under warranty. Everything has been working out fine except for this: Under my Purchased "playlist" the movie I once purchased doesn't show up. It was on my last iPod and when I check my iTunes purchase history it shows up, but I can't seem to put it on my new iPod. Any suggestions?

Make certain that on iTunes you have it checked to sync movies
