How do i get my ipod off the connected screen?

ok so i plugged my ipod into my xbox 360 and now its stuck on the connected eject before disconnecting screen and itdon'tuck on lock mode too and i dont know how to get it back to normal i even plugged it into my laptop and its not letting me eject it from there either so i really need the help thanx.

Either turn it off and restart, or let the battery die.
