ok my ipod touch 4 gen is synced with my desktop and i have a labtop also and i can only get music off my labtop now, so how do i just take music off this itunes, cause everytime i go to sync it says "do you want to delete all 189 apps" also it says "do you want to delete your ipod and snync here" wtf help please!!!!!!!!

Go to "advanced" at the top of your itunes. Scroll down to where it says "authorize computer" or something like that and enter your account password.
