How to unlock ipod touch with passcode without knowing the passcode and not having the original computer?

i bought an ipod touch off a friend and it has a passcode on it,he dosnt remenber the passcode and he dosnt have the computer he used it on ..how can i get it unlocked so i can start using it

Load iTunes up plug in the iPod and go ahead and restore your iPod to the latest version so you can start using it fresh. When you plug it in and click on the iPod in devices it should have a button to restore.

You need to restore the firmware - http://bit.ly/firmwareupgradefreeiphone
after that everything will be reset and password is gone :)
