How to unlock/restore disabled iPod touch?

Postby fiachra99 » Sun Jan 09, 2011 12:02 pm

My iPod Touch has been disabled for like.. 47 million minutes.
I left my iPod home and my brother kept trying to get into it.
I've tried connecting it to iTunes to restore it or unlock it one problem..
I don't have the same computer that it was connected to to begin with..
AND it keeps saying you must put the pass code in for you to be able to connect it,.
But I really can't with it disabled forever!
I'm at a loss.. I don't know what to do..
Anyone?

How to unlock/restore disabled iPod touch?

Postby spear47 » Sun Jan 09, 2011 12:07 pm

Dear friend, as we know, the iPod touch is a beautiful device, but unfortunately Apple restricted a lot of it's potential by locking the firmware. The only way to unlock the full potential of your iPod and install custom applications, ringtones, etc, is to jailbreak iPod touch so as to remove Apple's firmware restrictions. This is 100% safe, and there is no risk of damaging your iPod if you do it properly.
