K on the top of the sceen click on "edit" (or "options")?? Lol i forget
Anyways on the dropdown menu click on "properties"
One of the tabs has an option to turn on "soundcheck"
Next itunes will scan all your music and find what volume they are (determine the decibals)
Then sync to ur ipod
Then on the ipod, go to settings, then music, then slide the soundcheck option to "on"
