i tried to google the solution, but all they have is for iPods, iPod touches and iPhones. Someone tried to unlock the passcode many times but failed and now the iPad is disabled. I dont know how to unlock it, or allow for the passcode digit pad to appear again. Could anyone please help me? (: thanks a bunch...

All you have to do is restore the firmware but you will use all music and apps etc unless you restore from a backup which will make it as it was before they disabled it.
