i recently got an iphone 3g s 16 gigabyte. it was my dad's iphone, but then he reseted everything, from the reset button in general, setting. before he gave it to me he was able to rotate the screen when using it, but now i cant. it only rotates when i watch movies on my ipod or on my friend's site, but for eg, if i go on facebook, or if i view pictures, i cant rotate them, which is wierd cuz i used to have the iphone 3g and it always allowed me to rotate it. thnx for ur help

Double-tap the home button, go left to the iPod controls, and click the far left button (the orientation lock). If that doesn't work, then try restoring your iPhone to factory settings using iTunes.
