IPod touch exits unexpectedly while playing a game?

My iPod touch will exit out during playing a game or application does anybody know why or have a solution

IPod touch exits unexpectedly while playing a game?

One of two issues might be occurring:
1. Your iPod has low system resources(memory, RAM, etc) and needs to close the app so it won't freeze.
2. IF and only IF your iPod closes every app you have on it, and you can't play any AT ALL, you should perform a restore.
