IPod Touch Keeps Losing Battery.?

Postby halsey92 » Sat Oct 30, 2010 8:01 pm

has it been exposed to water / humidity... if you have been on holiday, igh humidity levels can mess around with electrical equipment...

it could be the LCD is drawing power even when switched off - if so the lcd is cooked - to check, go to your pictures select a bright picture and press the hold/ off switch, then hold the pod the the light, if you see a faded shadow outline of the picture you were on then its the screen...

if not, is it your wifi, have you got an app that is constantly connected?

Are you sure you turned it off? Because the button on the top also puts it
To sleep if it's held down for a few seconds, and only turns off if held down till a slide bar pops up saying turn off
So it might just be asleep and using battery power all night.
