So for some reason my ipod screen has gone white and I've tried holding the lock and home buttons but the apple logo never comes on and it's supposed to. I went onto my itunes and tried to restore it from there but all it says is to make sure your network settings are correct or your network connection is active. Please help I love my ipod and really want it working again. THANKS! :)

try a hard reset which is when you hold down the home and lock button for 10 seconds it might work
