No real wifi on Royal Caribbean, or on any mainstream cruise line for that matter.
Internet usage starts at $0.65 per minute and the price drops somewhat depending on how large a package of minutes you purchase.
If you really want to use the internet, wait till you're in port and go to an internet cafe or wifi hotspot. If you're courteous to your cabin attendant and/or dining room waitstaff, they might be able to give you a tip as to where the best/cheapest places are in each port for internet use.

only for cruisers with the highest level of Crown and Anchor status. and all it is is a coupon good for a few minutes.

otherwise it is very expensive..as in a couple dollars a minute.
