Try holding the button on the top and the button on the front at the same time for a long time and see if that resets it. The Apple logo should show up on the screen after a while, just keep holding it even once you see the logo though.

First things first TURN IT OFF! next thing after you turn it off put the lock mode button on lock next thing DO NOT PUT ANY HEAT TO IT take any case ,headphones OFF and let it air dry as best as possible then just pray like crazy and hope it works i feel so bad for you sorry :*(

seriously go take it to the store and see if they can fix it but like most electronics its probably dead and you will have to buy a new one
