my ipod touch 4g recently got the white screen of death and i was able to fix it by holding the home and power button, just wondering what caused it and if it will happen again? also will apple give me a new ipod if it happens again...?

The white screen of death will come again, I have a Ipod Touch and I literally am getting the white screen of death numerous times a day. Most likely you will see the white screen of death again. Why does this happen? My guess is as good as yours hahaha (:
