Which Ipods are capable of video conferencing and how does that work?

Which Ipods are capable of video conferencing and how does that work? Can I only video conference with others who have an Ipod or can I video conference with anyone?

Only 4th Generation iPod Touch are capable of video calling either with the Face Time app or with Skype or some other app purchase from the app store. So iPod Touch 2nd Generation won't work

only 4th generation ipods have cameras. 3g,3gs,4th g iphones can also if jailbroken. ipods must have wifi to use apples face time app.
