Will i lose videos i've recorded on my ipod nano if i sync my music to a new itunes list?

I have an iPod nano which records video and i'm wondering if i erase my music and sync it to another itunes list will it erase my videos?

Yes. once you sync your iPod with another iTunes library, it will cover your iPod files with the new iTunes library file. If you care about your iPod recorded video, you can follow this step by step guide to transfer the video from your iPod Nano back to computer for backup at first, it works pretty well for my iPod Nano.

It won't be a problem if you use AVCWare iPod to iPod/Computer/iTunes Transfer, even though you don't have iTunes library.
It helps you to add audio and video files from your PC to your iPod/iPhone, such as music and movies. On the other hand, it can also transfer files from iPod to computer.

Yes. It will delete all your information you have put on there unless you log in to your old account.
