Words With Friends real For Ipod Touch;Can't Move Letters?

I purchase Words With Friends real for my iPod Touch a while back and I couldn't move any letters?
I reinstalled,restarted,etc and STILL can't move and letters.
Any solution?

uninstall it an then purchase from somewhere else
OR
get ur Ipod Touch checked
