Yes you get this from the apple support purchase

this is for if you want to put a 64 bit on your mac

Yes.

Two ways. You can run it through boot camp, or you can install it and run it as the only operating system.

Yes you can. Assuming that you want to run Windows 7 on your Macbook Air, you can do this through bootcamp (http://www.apple.com/support/bootcamp/).

The best option is to follow a walk-though tutorial on how to do this. I grabbed this from the web:
