Draw from computer to computer?

If two people in different cities using computers that run different operating systems want to collaborate on a drawing or collaborate on anything for that matter, they can use a virtual whiteboard.

http://www.virtual-whiteboard.co.uk/home.asp

Virtual Whiteboard is real. If you register and use it, you can use it all day. If you do not register, each session is limited to just 15 minutes.

Well theres not a program i know of, but what you can do is draw something on one computer and then email it to yourself or whoever you want to send the drawing to.
