I have a MacBook Pro I purchase clash of the titans in 3D (left and right image shutter) I was wondering if I could play the movie on my 3D Tv using my PS3 or The Lacie Cinema classic HD.

Im not sure if you can import a 3D-ready file to the PS3 for 3D-playback. Even if the file is 3D-ready, the PS3's media file playback does not support 3D.

Your best bet is to get a BluRay disc drive for your computer and burn the file to a dual-layered Blu-Ray disc and then play that in your PS3.
