So I am waiting for my MacBook to come back from apple. But under tracking it says delivery exception. I was reading on another post that it could be a wrong adress if this is the case how do I get it back to my adress? Also what are some other reasons for issues. Also the package is near my house. I think its at the shipping center because ones in kentwood.

A "delivery exception" means the package was ready for delivery today, but for one of several reasons the delivery could not be made.

If you scroll down the tracking page, the details section should tell you the reason for the exception. Apple requires an indirect signature for all deliveries - it is most likely that is the cause for the exception. If that was the reason, please be sure to sign your doortag and leave it where the driver can get it. You can leave him a note stating where you'd like the package left.

If you cannot find the information on the tracking page, or it's something that doesn't make sense to you, you can also call 800-GO-FEDEX. They'll be able to explain to you exactly what's up.
